Who can refer: Anyone can introduce someone: individuals, business owners, professionals, community members and existing clients.
What qualifies: A business or person with a genuine digital need who is not already a JML client or in an active conversation with JML. JML reviews each referral and confirms in writing whether it is accepted.
When you earn: Commission is earned only when an accepted referral becomes a JML client and the qualifying project is completed and paid for. Submitting a name alone does not earn commission.
How it is calculated: 10% of the JML professional service fees actually received for the qualifying project. Third-party costs, advertising spend, software or platform subscriptions, pass-through expenses, refunds and applicable taxes are excluded.
Protection period: Your referral is protected for 90 days from the date JML accepts it. If the referred person or business becomes a JML client with a qualifying project within those 90 days, the commission is yours — even if the project completes later.
Payout timing: Once the qualifying project is completed and JML has received the eligible payment in full, your commission is calculated and paid within 14 days. The payout method is confirmed with you when JML accepts the referral.
What JML handles: Consultations, proposals, pricing, contracts, delivery and the client relationship. Please do not promise prices, features or delivery dates on JML's behalf.

Commission is not guaranteed. It depends on an accepted referral becoming a client and on eligible payments being received by JML.
